Vriddhii is designed to enable parallel off-site manufacturing and site activities. Actual duration depends on configuration, approvals, site conditions, manufacturing and finishing scope.

Not really, but the construction cost per sq.ft. of carpet area is slightly higher. However, there is more carpet area available.

RREN can work with developers and architects during early project planning to integrate Vriddhii into suitable configurations, followed by engineering, manufacturing and assembly support as agreed.
